WHEN BOOKING
GOOD TO KNOW
To help your appointment go as smoothly as possible, here are a few helpful details to keep in mind:

Space: Please have a clear area of at least 8x10 feet available for setup.

Outlet: An electrical outlet within 6 feet of the table is needed (for optional tools like the heating pad).

Pets: Furry friends are totally okay! Just make sure they won’t interrupt the session.

Stairs: If possible, Sarah prefers to avoid stairs — but if they’re unavoidable, she’ll do her best to make it work.


CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Cancellations require at least 12 hours' notice.
Rescheduling must be done at least 3 hours before your appointment.

NEW CLIENTS
At this time, Cura is not accepting new clients unless referred by an existing one. This helps Sarah maintain the quality of care and attention each client receives.

New clients are currently welcome to book through the clinic — if you're still interested in mobile appointments, we can chat about that during your session.


SERVICE AREA – CALGARY & SURROUNDING
Sarah offers mobile massage appointments throughout Calgary, primarily within 30 minutes of the city center.

If you're located outside this range — including areas within an hour of Calgary — Sarah is happy to accommodate when possible! Just note that in these cases, the appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled slightly to allow for additional travel time.
​
Please include your location when booking, and Sarah will follow up if any changes are needed to keep the schedule running smoothly.
