SETUP & TIMEING

Sarah will arrive 15–20 minutes before your appointment to set up her massage table and prepare any tools needed for your treatment. This setup time does not affect your hands-on massage — your full appointment time will begin once everything is ready.

After your session, she’ll need a bit of time to pack up before leaving. Thanks for making space for that transition!

PRICING

Each mobile massage is $130 (GST included).

This price includes travel time, all tools, and your full treatment session.

Appointments are listed as 1 hour, not including setup and tear-down.

Tips are never expected or required.

ONGOING DEAL BRING A FREIND & SAVE

Booking for two people at the same location? You can save a little extra!

Two back-to-back massages are $115 each, rather than $130.

The treatment time for each person remains the same — Sarah will change the linens between appointments, but since the setup and teardown only happen once, you get a discount!

Total time Sarah will need in your home: 2 hours of massage time + setup and teardown.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms and Services - Mobile Massage

By booking a mobile massage with Sarah, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a smooth experience and help Sarah provide the best possible service to all clients.

1. Booking and Appointment Requirements

Booking: When booking your appointment, please provide all relevant information, including the intake form. This is required before your first appointment to ensure a safe and effective treatment.

Confirmation: You will receive a text confirmation 1 hour before your appointment. Please confirm your appointment within 30 minutes of receiving the message. If you do not respond, a follow-up call will be made 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If there is no response, your appointment will be considered canceled and full payment will be required.

2. Space Requirements for Mobile Massage

A minimum of 8x10 feet of clear space is required. The area should be free from hazards, and pets should be monitored for safety.

Setup and Cleanup: Sarah will need 15-20 minutes before and after the scheduled appointment to set up and pack down her equipment. While this time is included in the total appointment duration, it will not be shown as part of the appointment length. For example, a 1-hour appointment will appear as 90 minutes on the schedule to account for setup and cleanup time, though the actual massage time will remain 1 hour.

Travel Fees: Mobile massage services are available within a 1-hour radius of Calgary’s city center with no additional fees for travel within this range. For areas beyond this, please inquire about any potential additional fees.

3. Punctuality

If Sarah is late: If there is any delay on Sarah's part, the appointment time will be adjusted to ensure you receive the full treatment. The session will begin as soon as Sarah arrives, and the appointment time will be extended accordingly.

If the client is late: If you are late for your appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time, with full payment required. Please ensure to arrive on time to get the most out of your session.

4. Client Responsibility

Intake Form: Before your first appointment, please complete the intake form to provide important information about your health and medical history. This allows Sarah to tailor the session to your specific needs and ensure safe and effective treatment.

Changes in Health: If your medical conditions or health status change at any time, please inform Sarah before your next session. This helps to keep your treatment plan up to date and ensure your safety and comfort during the massage.

Safe and Comfortable Environment: Clients should ensure they are in a safe and comfortable environment for the massage. Please make sure to communicate any discomfort or concerns to Sarah during the session.

5. No-Show Policy

Clients must respond to confirmation requests within 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Sarah will initially text the client one hour before the scheduled time to confirm.
If there is no response, Sarah will make a follow-up call 30 minutes before the appointment.

If the client does not confirm or respond to the call, the appointment will be considered canceled, and full payment will be charged for the missed session.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations: You must provide 12 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment.

Rescheduling: Rescheduling requires 3 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in being charged for the full appointment.

7. Appointment Duration

The appointment time includes both setup and cleanup. For example, a 1-hour appointment will show 90 minutes on the schedule, but the actual massage time will remain 1 hour.

8. Payment

Payments for mobile massage appointments are due at the time of service.

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, credit cards, and e-transfers are accepted.
Gift Certificates: You can use gift certificates for your appointment. Please inquire for a code when purchasing or redeeming them.
Tips: Tips are never required but are greatly appreciated if you feel satisfied with your service.

9. Insurance

Sarah does not offer direct billing but provides receipts that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.
The receipt will include all necessary information, including Sarah's association number, which you may need for your insurance claim.

10. Mobile Areas of Service

Mobile massage services are available within a 1-hour radius of Calgary’s city center.
Out-of-area appointments may be possible with prior discussion and scheduling adjustments. Please inquire when booking.

11. Modifications to Terms
Sarah Cappis reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page.
